The little girl turned and asked her mother, "Why is it that sometimes we do not fully do what we can?"
Her mother gazed back at her daughter's deep blue eyes, gently tucked her light blond tresses and smiled.
She answered, "Well.. that's because sometimes we are afraid."
She paused for intended effect, then said, "Afraid that we cannot do it. That is why we don't even try to do what we fully can."
